The Moodie Davitt Report 03/2019 – Casualfood develops innovative solution for grilling with no exhaust air

Travel food specialist casualfood has developed an innovative solution that allows food to be grilled in retail spaces that could not previously be used for conventional food services.

The solution comprises an indirect grill and special recirculating air technology, and has been implemented at casualfood’s new Hermann’s restaurant at Frankfurt Airport.
