GOODMAN & FILIPPO opened at Cologne Bonn Airport midway through the year. Following a successful test phase using two bikes, the well-received Italo-American concept was also rolled out at Slovenia’s Ljubljana Airport in December, along with a MONDO Bianco bar. They are casualfood’s first two stationary outlets outside of Germany. The company also expanded its presence at Frankfurt Airport by adding a Hermann’s Restaurant and a QUICKER’s Mobil stand. The airport’s MONDO was given a major facelift as well, giving it a fresh, new look. In addition, a new QUICKER’s opened at Essen Central Railway Station.
