But casualfood has come up with a solution: together with their partner they have developed an innovative solution comprising an indirect grill and special recirculating air technology for their new Hermann’s restaurant at Frankfurt Airport. casualfood launches second Italian-American deli concept
Introducing a new GOODMAN & FILIPPO at Cologne Bonn Airport. With an area of 200 sq. m and seating for 120 people, the Italian-American deli is much larger than the initial concept at Düsseldorf Airport. The new location also offers a fully equipped kitchen, which means that meals can be cooked, pan-fried and deep-fried, as well as cooked sous vide. The location of the second GOODMAN & FILIPPO is also different: The new deli is opening in terminal 1 in landside departures – so, before and not after security – making it not just accessible to passengers and airport staff, but to anyone.
